In the 2022 Brisbane floods on a SATURDAY they attended our address and provided two submersible pumps to pump out knee deep water from our rumpus room. They kept monitoring it and cleaned all the mud from the floor and walls. They then completly replaced all the external drains and waterproofing and installed a subterannean cement wall to flood proof the room. We found them to be very communicative and efficient and would definitely use them again. We would recommend them.
